there aren't a lot of tattoo and piercing parlors around carmel (ones that you can trust, anyway), but this is the most known and most trusted one. injections take their clients very seriously, and don't screw around when it comes to satisfaction. just don't ask for a care bear on your ass and expect the staff to keep a straight face. |
