well hi there~ since the beginning of NTP, we've added quite a bit of changes over the past two months, more of them being dealt with member groups than anything. and, yet again, we've updated our member group system. we've added, as voted by you, a new member group for characters who're just settling in and live in carmel, called newcomers. it's pretty simple and basic, so there isn't anything we have to tell you about the member group, other than it's for characters who've been living in carmel for a year and under. after that year's been up, just request to be changed into the local member group.
this is for all characters, of course. if you want to be a different member group, just post below stating which character for which member group, and an admin'll set that up for you as soon as possible.
