Devon was born with a silver spoon in her mouth, and boy she doesn't let you forget it. Although stunningly beautiful, she is incredibly strong willed, and not able to be controlled. Her father is the famous guitarist slash, and shes been riding his tail coat of fame for a long fucking time. She gets what she wants, when she wants thanks to her last name. Devon has never met her mother, and quite frankly she never really cared to ask daddy about it. As it stands she hardly sees the man who sired her, so family isnt something she holds dear. She is self centered, and selfish, pretty much poison baby. She is loud, aggressive and in your face. Although people tell her all the time she should be more respectful, and have manners because she is an example of her father Devon doesn't care. She is in and out of trouble with the law, and does whatever she can to be in the media. Drama is something she cannot live without.

Devon was actually pretty excited about attending the party with Ben. Ben had been a great friend for several years, and to have a friend like him would never be taken for granted. Dev found it very rare to have a male in her life that was strictly her friend, and nothing more. Ben and her would always just be friends, and she loved it. She could tell him anything, and he was always there when she needed him. The day she had found out she was pregnant she had been terrified. Dante had left her for the rockstar lifestyle, and the hurt from being left behind had nearly been enough to completely break her. A child was a complication she had neither wanted, nor thought herself capable of handling. When she had finally managed to stop crying, the first person she wanted was Ben. Ben would understand, he would know what to do, and sure enough his voice and advice was enough to calm her. Dev would forever be thankful to him for the time he had spent on the phone with her. Kira was here because of Ben, and to be honest that little girl meant the world to Dev. Although she had thought she would be a failure as a mother, fate had a way of proving otherwise.
Devon smiled as she put the finishing touches on outfit. She reached for her hot pink lip stick tracing her lips with it carefully. The busty blonde normally didn't get ready at work, but she thought it would be the easiest place for her and Ben to meet up. Devon grinned, before sitting down on one of the couches and pulling her shoes on. Once she was completely ready she leaned against the window waiting for Ben's car to appear outside. When her eyes spotted him she smiled before hurrying out of the building and climbing in on the passenger side. "I'm so excited, this party isn't going to suck now. Maybe we can steal some talent." she said winking at him playfully. As they drove Dev remained pretty quiet, her mind lost in other thoughts, and like always she was missing Kira. Sometimes Dev enjoyed being able to be young and wild, but for the most part she would rather be sitting at home watching cartoons with her daughter. "So you thought anymore about adoption? I know you guys were in the process before..." she stopped short. "Damnit Ben I'm sorry, god sometimes I don't think before I open my mouth." she said with a genuine frown. At times Dev missed her just as much as Ben did, well she thought. Dev and Ben's wife had been incredibly close, she had probably been Dev's closest female friend, and her death had severely shook Dev up. She missed the random girl nights, where they would just ditch the boys and party there asses off together. When she had married Ben it just seemed like the perfect fit, the happy ever after that Dev herself had longed for. Sadly Dev thought that dream was a dead one , she wouldn't ever find the happiness those two had.
"I miss her too, so much." Dev said getting a litle teary eyed. She quickly wiped her eyes. When they arrived it was perfect break from the depressing car ride. She smiled as she hopped out of the car, waiting for Ben to take his place beside her so that they could head in together. Dev did her best to ignore the cameras, and avoided any questions tossed her way. After all the last thing either of them needed was to get caught up in that mess. Once inside she smiled, before saying hi to a couple familiar faces before following after Ben. "Lets get a drink, and do our best to enjoy the night? No sad memories to reflect on, alright? " she said smiling, attempting to do her best to lighten the mood.
As the night progressed Dev wasn't slowing down on her in take of liquor by any means. She had parted ways with Ben about a half hour ago to go mingle with some familiar faces, and to dance. Though her good time was cut short when she bumped into Avril. One nasty glare from the singer had a snowball effect. Dev let it go and brushed past her heading back to Ben, though as she did she made sure to utter "Fucking sellout." with a sneer. Avril turned on here heels "What the fuck did you say?" came the hateful words of the singer. "I called you a fucking sellout." Dev shouted, loud enough for a good amount of people to hear. Dev wasn't afraid to make a scene, she never had been.
