Mr. Richard here is from Italy. He's in a study abroad program which brings him here. He does have 2nd or 3rd cousins that live here. I would like for him to live with his kin while he's here in the study abroad program. Whether that's a aunt once removed and her kids, or just a distant cousin, that doesn't matter. It can be a character already made or you can create one.
