"385 square feet. combined living room and bedroom. kitchen area has washer. separate bathroom. the space is small, but it's affordable and xak likes it that way. the bathroom is located right across from the front door. to the right is the bedroom area that has the full size mattress that he shares with his retriever/husky puppy, rolfcopter. the mattress itself is rather uncomfortable, but xak has fixed the problem by having two comforters and several blankets. right next to the mattress is a small dog bed, filled with chewed up toys. the only other piece of furniture in the bedroom area is a dresser. on the opposite side of the room is a door that leads to xak's closet.

xak's closet is probably the only part of his apartment that is somewhat disorganized. most of his money is either spent on clothes or expanding his collection of sex toys. he's running out of room for his clothes, so he's mostly resorted to stacking them up on the floor. as for his toys, they're well hidden in a locked, black, storage box. the box itself is shoved deep in the back of the closet and is only ever taken out when the right company is over.

there's a small step to the living room/kitchen area. xak has separated the space with a curtain, but it's usually always pulled back. the kitchen area is located on the left hand side and on the right hand side, the living room area. xak has set up a pull out couch. across from the couch is a rather nice tv that seems out of place and a stand below for his xbox. the entire place is incredibly neat and rarely anything is out of place.

the relationship between xakery’s parents initially started as a summer fling. both xak’s mother and father were on vacation in carmel when they met. they had only known each other for a couple weeks before they had to leave for their own lives. when their vacations came to an end, they said their goodbyes and left, never excepting to see the other again. it wasn’t until xakery’s mother returned home that she was pregnant. with no contact with the father, she had the chid, and started life as a single mother. despite having a child relatively young, she had a successful job as a paralegal. two years after her first son was born, she moved to Chicago to pursue a job with a legal firm. it was in the city that she ran into xak’s father again. despite a rather awkward reunion, the two picked up their relationship and married three months later. soon after, xakery was conceived and the family decided to move to carmel.

it was in carmel where xakery was born. growing up, there weren’t very many other children their age, so xak and his brother were very close. the three year age difference meant little to them and the two of them were known for being trouble makers around town. while they never got in any serious trouble as children, as they got older, they did have a few incidents with the police. xak’s brother was always the leader, even when they did make new friends. the two of them had a knack for finding trouble wherever they went and by the time xak was sixteen, he already a few shoplifting and trespassing charges on his record. despite their parent’s annoyance whenever the police brought them home, xak’s brother would still find a way to get them in trouble the next day.

things changed when his brother went off to college though. xak had just started high school and without his older brother to look out for him, xak was rather lost. he had always let his brother do the talking, so now he mostly kept to himself. he was simply too shy to talk to other people. the only person he could really talk to was their neighbor, a girl in their grade named leslie. she had often stuck around whenever they were hanging out. she was more of the adventurous type and pulled xak out of his shell. for the longest time, xak couldn’t’ see the attraction leslie had for him and he only assumed they were good friends. he suppressed his own feelings for her, thinking she would never feel the same way. needless to say, xak was rather surprised when she pushed him against the lockers one day and kissed him.

though they were god friends, their relationship wasn’t the same. with sex in the equation, things changed. the two experimented quite a bit and it wasn’t long before xak discovered his interest for the rougher side of things. still, outside of the bedroom, xak remained a softhearted and reserved person. this just wasn’t enough for his girlfriend. she wanted someone more daring than xak could ever be. soon after graduating, leslie broke up with xak. though he had seen the breakup coming, xak was still hurt. still he had been accepted to ucla, so the sudden change to the big city did well to keep his mind off things. the first couple years of his college life were spent parting far more studying. it was in the city he had his first real introduction into the world of bdsm.

out of curiousity, he and his friends visited a blub, known for its racy entertainment. though he had laughed about it with the others, xak was very intrigued. a couple weeks later, he went back to the club where he met his next “girlfriend.” the relationship was purely physical and xak never even knew her last name. however, to sustain the relationship, xak was essentially leading two very different lives. between working to afford college, his relationship, and classes, xak came dangerously close to failing out. knowing he wouldn’t be able to explain how he failed out, xak ended things with the girl from the club and instead, focused on school. a year later, xak graduated with a degree in psychology. as much as the subject intrigued him, he had no interest in furthering his education or working an office job. instead, xak went back home to carmel and still lives there.
