A little about her life
She’s easy to get along with, she’s too smart for her own good, graduated high school two years early and finished college in three. Math and Science are her best subjects, then comes English, and then history. She’s not very artistic like her brother Maddox, though in order to be more like him, she taught herself to play the guitar, but he doesn’t know that. She plays volleyball, her favorite sport, and she’s quite passionate about it. She wants to play on the Olympic team, and her trainer even came with her to keep her on track. She’s here to build a relationship with her brother. [/div]

She watched the stars as they floated above her in the dark sky. It was such a quiet night, even the wind had taken a moment of silence for her. Tonight she would say goodbye, she would let it all go and start over, tonight was the night where nothing else mattered and it was only about her. Tonight would be her last night in this place. To her surprise a white flame shot across the sky. She closed her eyes and wished for happiness to be waiting for her, wherever she may land. Just then the wind picked back up and the trees swayed and the night animals came out to wonder around. The night lit up, life exploding everywhere as she headed back to her car, ready to do the impossible, ready to fly, to feel free. She was scared, that’s for sure, but as the grass crunched under her sandals, she knew it was a life she had to leave behind.
She sat in her car for a minute, breathing, thinking, trying to talk herself out of it, but it was pointless. People flashed across her mind as she drove down the mountain. Her momma, cooking her breakfast on a Saturday; her dad, coming in after a long day on the ranch; her older brother stepping off the plane in his Army uniform; her little sister laughing at the TV in the other room. She thought about her best friend, waiting for her at the bar, not knowing she would never show. She thought about her boyfriend, the one person that supported her in anything, but had no part in the biggest decision of her life. She would miss him the most, and she was sorry to leave without a goodbye, but there were letters to everyone, explaining. She’d left them on her desk at home in her room. She saw the bend coming up, the exit, the escape, the end of the city limits. She closed her eyes and pushed on the gas, letting go of the wheel and smiling as she felt herself lifted out of her seat.
