001 » since he was young, theodore's always loved everything electrical. he was all set to become an electrician, until high school when he joined the computer club and was introduced to his true passion: computers. ever since, he's been set on working in the industry, and even though he's just a lowly technician at the moment, he has big hopes for the future.

002 » hacking was always something ted had done, although it was mostly just pranks and for laughs at his peers' expense. it wasn't until he returned home after his mother's death and his father needed money that theodore saw it as a way to make money. suddenly job after job came pouring in, and theodore was well paid for them. he doesn't advertise the fact he can hack into pretty much every standard computer, and better protected ones as well, but somehow it's gotten around that he can. he's well known in carmel's tech circles, and because he genuinely enjoys the work, he's not giving it up anytime soon.

001 » "i hate talking about it, but i hate that i wasn't there for my mother in the very end. people tell me it wasn't my fault, but it was. i knew she was sick, i knew that the cancer could take her life, and i knew that the time she did have left was limited, even with all the treatment she was getting. but i still stayed in boston to work. i mean... how can i forgive myself for something like that? i even missed that first phone call from dad, telling me she was... well that things were going downhill. by the time i touched down again in carmel, she had passed away, and i wasn't there. i hate myself for it, even now, almost two years later. but i can't change it, so i guess i've got to live with it, right? not much point dwelling over it forever, you know?"
